In everyday life, itโs not always easy to feel real connection with others. Even though we long for it, opening up can feel scary. When weโre stressed or stuck in our heads, itโs hard to soften into connection.
But as we land into our bodies, and start to feel safer and more at ease with each other, something begins to shift. We start to open up and show more of who we are. Thatโs when connection starts to feel real and nourishing.
And this is something we can learn. We can begin to notice what helps us open up and connect and gently create more of those conditions.
This is a guided journey where youโre invited to open up with slowly and gently. Step by step, we explore new ways of relating that bring more intimacy, playfulness and creativity into how we meet. You may begin to notice how small shifts in how we connect can create meaningful changes in how you experience yourself, others, and the world.
This retreat is for you if youโre curious about connection and relating. Whether this is your first time exploring this in a workshop/retreat environment or if you already have some experience, youโre warmly welcome. You donโt need any special skills, just a willingness to show up and explore.

There will be assistants in the space that can offer emotional support if needed.
Wear comfortable cloths that allow movement.
You may step out of any exercise at any time โ participation is always optional.
Some of the exercises include optional physical contact.
Body-centered consent and boundaries are taught and encouraged.
You may participate to the retreat alone, with a friend or partner. If you participate to the retreat with someone, youโre welcome to partner together for some or all of the exercises.

The seeds for transforming my life were sown over 10 years ago when I studied to become a yoga teacher in India. At that time, I was pursuing a career in software development and data science while also studying yoga, meditation, somatics, and conscious relating. As my nervous system and body awareness deepened, I began to see more clearly that my career path was not sustainable for my wellbeing, and that my heart was not truly in it.
Over three years ago I decided to refocus my life force in building a culture that cultivates wellbeing and relation abundance. Guided by a longing to facilitate spaces that create deep personal and interpersonal transformation, I trained in the Field Facilitator Training (2024) and the Intimacy Training (2025). Today, I host courses and retreats on autonomic nervous system regulation and conscious relating. I am also deepening my knowledge of the body through studying osteopathy and practicing contact improvisation.
