Primal Play

What happens when you set words aside and sink fully into the present moment, allowing your movement impulses and intuition to guide you? Primal Play is a non-verbal, embodied interaction practice. There are no goals, no achievements, and no expectations of what should unfold. It is an open space, an interaction where we allow our bodies to express the energy that wants to move through us.

It can be sensual or wild

It can be quiet or loud

It can be open or closed

It can be playful or serious

It doesn’t have to be fun

Each interaction brings out something new. We encourage participants to start slowly and immerse themselves in the experience step by step.

Dress in comfortable clothes that you can move in. Clothes stay on.
The event is suitable for singles, couples and those in alternate relationships.
If you come with a partner or a friend, you’re welcome to partner together for some or all of the exercises.
You can step out of any exercise during the workshop. All activities are optional.
Body-centered consent and boundaries are taught and encouraged.

𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫: 25€ If you have a steady income and find stability in your home and life, this rate is for you. Also, if you can budget for opportunities like this workshop, this rate is suggested. It is the standard rate.
